Aaron is the president and founder of Resilient Human Performance. With over ten years in the fitness industry he began RHP in December of 2016. After completing his Bachelor of Exercise Science degree from Oregon State University in 2010, he began his training career with a local fitness corporation.

He wanted to create an environment in which he can serve individuals with a wide spectrum of physical fitness needs in a cost effective manner. A place where his clients can receive the quality of care they deserve. He does all of this in a fun and uplifting manner. It is not unusual to find Aaron cracking jokes with his clients while still holding them accountable to their fitness goals.

His ultimate desire is to serve all of his clients with the highest of care.

Nathan graduated from Western Oregon University in 2019 with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science. He began his journey with RHP as an intern. One of the reasons he chose to stay with Resilient is due to the environment where he can be himself and learn from Aaron. He loves the clients and believes RHP provides the best method of training. Which is one of the reasons why he loves training so much. He gains joy from the satisfaction of helping individuals become a better version of themselves and simply loves helping people. Beginning in 2022, Nathan starts his educational journey to become a certified massage therapist.

Jesus Graduated from Western Oregon University in 2018 with a bachelor degree in Exercise science. He completed his Internship at RHP in 2018. One of the reasons he decided to work for RHP was to keep learning from Aaron and to train a wide variety of clients. He enjoys the style of training that Aaron has to offer and likes to see people getting results. Helping people reach their goals is what he loves the most about being a trainer.

Don’t be surprised if you see Tina at the gym dancing and singing as she is working out or managing the behind the scenes action of RHP. She comes to Resilient with a wealth of health care knowledge due to her 20 years as a dental hygienist. Her personal mission is to help others achieve their goals in a supportive and friendly manner.

Tina’s main role is working behind the scenes. She is the RHP media master and organizes all the RHP events. On occasion you might see her helping on the training floor, which is a treat for everyone!

I wish everyone could experience RHP. I appreciate the attention to detail that our trainers give me, and the constant oversight, encouragement, progressive workouts, and the education they impart as they explain to me how the body works. I am impressed with their knowledge of kinesiology/sports medicine/exercise physiology and nutrition. The trainers not only treat each member as a friend they are happy to see and catch up with each day, but they desire to help us reach goals and improve our health through very personalized correctives, workouts, and education on nutrition. Aaron is very good at communication via email, texts and in person. One of my favorite things at RHP is when one of the trainers pulls me from the floor to the training table or a mat to assist me with therapeutic massage, working on fascia or bound up muscles that need release. I look forward to seeing the other members and getting to know them a little more personally as we all encourage one another during the workouts.

This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I was struggling with a running injury. 💪 True strength and conditioning coaching!! 💪 Aaron, Nathan and Jesus are knowledge trainers who are not only skilled at unlocking athletic performance in people, they're pros at rehabilitation and working with you to build your body back after it breaks. I entered RHP in the worst shape in my life. A difficult pregnancy and delivery followed by years of neglect had left my body weak and in pain from daily activities. Slowly but surely, my time at RHP has helped me gain strength and potentially avoid reconstructive surgery 🤞 The gym is inclusive, supportive and has a great mix of people. There are athletes of all ages, shapes, sizes, genders, colors and abilities. It's such a supportive and empowering place to work around people who truly want you to be well. Whether you are looking to get into the best shape of your life, need help unlocking the next level in your athletic career, are in pain and need help knowing how to navigate exercise with injury or just looking for a place where you will have access to experts every time you're on the floor, RHP is for you. I started with Aaron years before when I was suffering from nerve damage in my neck. I was a personal trainer now currently I’m a physical therapist. I travel down from Portland to see these guys because they provide the best training programs that not only build strength but also longevity. They’ve helped me avoid back surgery after I hurt myself and reeled me back in when I was overtraining. In addition to workout programs they also consider other important factors which contribute to overall health including sleep, stress and nutrition. It’s the way I wish all training and healthcare was set up.
